She obtained a Master’s Degree in Governance and Leadership from The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2010.
Pastor Rita oversees various ministry, departments and projects including the Social and Practical Ministry, the Men, Women, Young Adults, Teens and Children’s Ministries; Family Life Ministry and all the Humanitarian Projects of the ministry organization.

She founded the highly successful and legendary Royal Ladies Ministry International in 1994.
She is a Career Guidance Adviser, Marriage Counselor, Conference Presenter, Lecturer, Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker and Revivalist with a cutting- edge prophetic ministry.
She is happily married to the AG Sam Korankye Ankrah and they are blessed with four wonderful children.
