In April 2011, Rev Sam received the “William Seymour” award for Excellence and Humility in Leadership from The Azusa Revival Directorate based in the USA.
· The Global Excellence Award for Leadership for APOSTOLIC AND PASTORAL EXCELLENCE conferred on him by the Board of Directors of Global Leadership Training, USA.
· The title of Honorary Fellow conferred on him by the West African College of Nursing.
· The US President Lifetime Achievement Award 2022by the US government.
He is happily married to the Rita Korankye Ankrah and they are blessed with four wonderful children.
