STAND STILL AND SEE (The Road To Victory)

“And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.”
Exodus 14:13 NKJV
Moses was finally leading the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt.
Pharoah had refused to let them go until he was humbled and crushed after the finale of the 10 plagues. Moses was leading them out into their promised land just as God had said. But it was not going to be without some form of hindrance from Pharoah and his army. God, in his sovereignty, hardened Pharoah’s heart so that even after he had agreed to let them go, he pursued them again!
God needed the Egyptians to know that He was truly God!
Moses's response in the text above is God’s word to us: Stand still and See!
The Israelites did not know that God was trying to tell a story with their predicament, they did not know that in years to come, people would refer to their story and glorify God for his many wonders and miracles.
Troubles come our ways in all manners and forms, but God tells us to stand still and see the works of His hand
There’s no battle too hard for him to conquer and once we are on His side, we are on the sure road to Victory!
This week, I declare that you shall see the hand of God in your life and in every situation in Jesus name, Amen!
