EVEN AT THE ELEVENTH HOUR ( A Relationship with Jesus)
“I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection..."
Philippians 3:10 NIV
One of the profound things that caused the robber to receive his salvation at the eleventh hour was the conversation he had with Jesus. Though short, it represented the start of a relationship and he received his miracle.
Developing a relationship goes beyond asking God to do things for you but rather being interested in getting to know Him; abiding in Him and Him in you. This should be one of the things that we should aim for as Christians because it creates a channel for us to experience Him in different dimensions.
Today, I invite you to build a relationship with your Saviour, Jesus Christ. To rekindle it if it has become cold and to go back to your first love. The relationship you have with God supercedes the miracle you are chasing because the relationship is what will bring the miracle. Through the relationship, you will hear His voice, and that is how you will catch revelations and recognise opportunities.
Prayer
Father, help me rekindle my relationship with you, I want to move to a deeper level of intimacy with you, in Jesus' name, Amen.
