DIVINE WISDOM (Wisdom is Protection)
“Your insight and understanding will protect you and prevent you from doing the wrong thing. They will keep you away from people who stir up trouble by what they say" Proverbs 2: 11-12 (GNT)
Today we will look at how wisdom protects us against our enemies and the evil plans of men.
The expectations of men for us sometimes are far from good. The Bible in Jeremiah 17:9 described the heart of men as “deceitful” and “desperately wicked” (KJV). However, we can continually disappoint the plans of the enemy by simply applying wisdom to our daily living.
When we apply wisdom and discernment, we would be able to see through the lies and deceit that would otherwise lead to our downfall. Arming yourself with wisdom will expose all the secret plans and ambushes that the enemy has laid down for you. Wisdom will help you associate yourself with the right people and not those that will attract trouble.
I pray for you today that the wisdom of God shall keep you safe. I pray that you will be able to discern and see through all the evil intentions that the enemy has towards you. You are protected on every side and victory shall forever remain your portion in Jesus’ name.
