BOAZ, THE HELPER FROM BETHLEHEM (Grace shall locate you!)

#SamKorankyeAnkrah

“Then said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?”
Ruth 2:5 (KJV).

In our buildup to the celebration of Easter which marks the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, we shall look at the operative factor of “Grace” and how it can be manifested in our lives.
In the text above, we see how Boaz miraculously took notice of Ruth who had just gone to glean leftover corn from Boaz’s field. She did not expect to be noticed. She was only looking for what will satisfy herself and her mother-in-law. She did not go looking for grace but rather Grace located her.

Ruth had taken a decision to forsake the gods of Moab and chose to enter into a new covenant with the LORD. She sojourned out of Moab with Naomi, her mother-in-law to Bethlehem not knowing what this new God had in store for her. Little did she know that Grace was about to locate her through Boaz, a typology of Christ Jesus.

One of the things that covenant speaks is Grace. Ruth’s association with covenant caused her to be noticed out of the many people who had gone to glean corn from Boaz’s field. When Grace speaks for you, people will remember you even if you have been relegated to the background.

I prophesy grace upon your life today. Grace shall speak for you in all the areas of your life. You shall be remembered and your helpers shall locate you because of the covenant in Jesus' name, Amen.

Stay Blessed
